OEM's now have a less expensive alternative to integrate "Tape and Reel" into their automated production systems (i.e. programmers, assembly, ATE, etc.).

The QMT-1100 M is a versatile, full-featured machine with options like through-beam optical component verification or vision system integration.

Precision tape moves are accomplished with a closed loop servo control system that can exceed 12,000 PPH. Dedicated I/O for direct communications between the QMT-1100 M and your automation equipment create the ideal interface for optimum performance.

Q Corporation is pleased to announce the introduction of the QMT-1100 M Plus. The QMT-1100 M Plus platform allows us to offer a custom design to fit your application.

The QMT-1100 M Plus makes an ideal system for Loading Parts Manually with Vision Inspection prior to sealing the cover tape. The optional large Stainless Steel work surfaces provide the operator with a system they will enjoy using. With 3 Vision Systems to choose from we can help you with a system to fit your needs and price range.

The VECTOR lead trimmer has been equiped with our latest printed circuit board fixturing technology optimized for fast and simple mounting of a pcb to the lead trimming machine.
