maximum production output. Front panel displays cutter height,
warning light in case safety guard is removed, cutter speed
control, and master switch.
Operator controls feature master "on-off" key switch,
digital display of trim height, vacuum "on-off",
two button cutter operation, infinite variable speed control,
digital electronics control motor speed and torque for peak
performance through entire speed range.
Set-up takes approximately two minutes. Vacuum support standoffs
can be permanently attached to
further reduce set-up time.
Safety is an important issue to consider when purchasing
a lead trimmer and Q Corporation addresses this issue.
1) Key operated master switch.
2) Operator must depress start buttons on each handle within
1/2 second to start cutter.
3) Cutter ring change tool protects operator from accidental
contact with cutter edge.
4) Cutter system is disabled from operation and panel features
a flashing indicator when the guard is removed.
5) Dynamic braking - within 1 second - to full stop whenever
either push button is released.

any size or shape of board within an area of 13.5" (34.3

Multiple smaller boards can be configured within the same
dimensions for greater efficiency. Committed to the boards
for which they are tooled, they can be interchanged very quickly.
